Meet Dr. Anderson
Dr. Anderson is a highly respected family physician who began his journey at the University of Cincinnati 1986. With a wealth of experience, he has held the position of Former President of Ohio Academy of Family Physicians and is a proud Fellow of The American Academy of Family Physicians. Recognized for his dedication, he was named the Ohio Academy of Family Physicians' Family Physician of Year in 2022. Since founding Jackson Family Practice on August 20, 1990, Dr. Anderson has been committed to providing exceptional care to his community.

Meet Dr. Mallamaci
Dr. Mallamaci is a diligent and dedicated physician with a strong educational background, having Akron University in 1993 and earning his medical degree from the North East Ohio University College of Medicine in 1997. As a proud Fellow of the Academy of Family Physicians, he has demonstrated commitment to the highest standards of patient care. Since joining Jackson Family Practice on August 4th, 2000, Dr. Mallamaci has been an integral part of the practice and community, providing compassionate and comprehensive healthcare services to his patients
Meet Dr. Crock
Dr. Crock is a committed physician who graduated from North East Ohio University College of Medicine in 1988. With memberships in both the American Board of Internal Medicine the American Board of Hospice and Palliative Medicine, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his practice. Since joining Jackson Family Practice on April 1st, 2019, Dr. Crock has been providing compassionate care to his and their families.

Sarah Casper PA-C
Meet Sarah a passionate PA-C professional who began her journey at Walsh University 2004, followed by her studies at The University of Toledo College of Medicine, where she graduated in 2006. As a proud member of The American Academy of Physician Assistants, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge and to her practice. Since joining Jackson Family Practice on January 6th, 2012, she has been committed to providing exceptional care to her patients and the community.
Jennifer Gonzalez PA-C
Introducing Jennifer, a devoted PA-C
who earned her degree Ohio University in 2005 and advanced her education at Gannon University, graduating in 2007. As a valued member of The American Academy of Physician Assistants, she offers extensive knowledge and skills in her field. Since becoming part of Jackson Family Practice on July 16th, 2016, Jennifer has been dedicated to delivering outstanding care to her patients and enhancing the well-being the community.
Stacy Keller PA-C
Stacy is a dedicated PA-C who started her education at Mount Union College in 1995 and graduated from the University of Mount in 2013. As a proud member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, she brings a rich background knowledge and expertise to her role. Since becoming part of Jackson Family Practice on January 7, 2018, Stacy has demonstrated a deep commitment to delivering outstanding care to her patients.
Meredith Seales PA-C
Meredith is a committed PA-C who began her academic journey at Asbury University in 2016, followed by Huntington University later that same year, and culminating at the University of Findlay in 2019. As a proud member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. Since joining Jackson Family Practice in June 2023, Meredith has been committed to providing exceptional patient care and support.
